Publishing with FCS Express

Publishing with FCS Express is very easy. Simply load your analysis layout and select File->Publish from the main menu. This will embed the raw data into your layout and save it in a form that anyone can download using the Free FCS Express Reader. If you have advanced publishing, you can publish the layout to your hard drive, and then immediately upload it to the wiki. If you have the standard publisher, you can only upload to the De Novo Software publishing site. In that case, after publishing to the De Novo Software site, email the URL of the layout to support@denovosoftware.com. We will be glad to take the layout from the publishing site and attach it to the wiki page of your choice.
