A broad variety of fluorochromes are used in Flow Cytometry, with emission and excitation properties that span the visible spectrum and beyond. The following is a collection of fluorescence plots of some of the more common fluorchromes. Each fluorochrome was conjugated to CD4 and used to stain human lymphocytes.
